Boka aktivitet

- 09:00 – Meet at the Reception, Idrottshuset
- 09:30-10:30 – Cooper test indoors (200m track) or outdoor run
- 10:45-11:45 – Functional strength training with Elke Schroeter
- 12:15-13:00 – Lunch together
- 13:00-16:00 – Afternoon program (fika break around 14:00)

- Fika break & club gear try-on
- Guest lecture with Darren Stephenson (Ferro-Nutrition) (in English)
With over 15 years of triathlon experience and an academic background in nutrition and sports science, Darren will share practical advice on:
- Planning meals before training and competitions
- Effective pre-race fueling strategies
- How to stay energized and perform at your best throughout your race

Summer is finally over and it is time to build up towards next season.
The running team will welcome you twice a week starting Wednesday 3rd.
Wednesdays 18:00-19:15: interval based running - we will focus on building speed, being uncomfortable pushing above threshold quite often (welcome to the new 1500m pace) - our base is Stockholm Stadion when sporadical changes based on availability
Weekends 10:00-11:30: It is LSD time - we will offer one or two groups based on availability with the goal to run "long and slow" - Target is to build distance and resilience - Proposed will vary from 12-13km to 20km (75-120min) - Our base is Eriksdalsbadet
Extra pass: Every week a more threshold oriented pass for you to do on your own time will be posted
