Preliminary schedule:

9:00 Meet in the Reception at Idrottshuset (outside the indoor track)

9:30-10:30 Cooper test inside or Running outside

10:45-11:45 TBD (Strenght session or some form of technique session)

12:00-13:00 Lunch

13:00-16:00 Lecture, information from the board, fika

Please note that the lecture in the afternoon will be held in swedish. 

Please fill in if you have any dietary restrictions - we need to let Bosön know in advance. 

Sign up before October 2.  And if you cannot make it you have to cancel your signup before the deadline! The club is paying for lunch etc for everyone who is registered and if you do not show up that is still a cost we have to pay.
